Puppies on a Prime 50mm

For the first time in ages we took photos with a prime lens and I'd forgotten how nice the photos come out!  

Matty and I always used to use our prime lenses - his 50mm on his DSLR and my 50mm on my 35mm film camera, however we both fell out of the way of using them. 

However, on this wee dog walk Matty took his 50mm out with him and I must say I've missed this bokehlicious goodness!  Look at these shots!  

I have missed it - primes give such depth to photos it really is priceless! 

Matty has also tweaked his editing style, away from more contrasting styles to add a bit more fade with the tone curve and some grain!
