Vieux Lyon Photo Diary (Old Lyon)

As I've mentioned many a time before I have ran away to France for a year, in particular I've ran away to Lyon.

The most touristy area of Lyon is Vieux Lyon, this is Old Lyon which as you can guess is the Old Town. 
It's very scenic and beautiful- everything is covered in cobbles and you have loads of nice wyndy streets to explore.  Lyon has one of the oldest Old Towns in France which is relatively unchanged for the past few years!   

In summer it is absolutely packed with tourists but because this is March it's a lot more chilled.  There is loads of little shops to check out and places to eat- some are amazing but some are awful so it's worth googling a place and probably booking it beforehand to get the famous Lyonnaise food experience. 

My favourite shop there is an old print and picture shop (which you might have seen on my Instagram recently).  It's really cool where you can buy original pictures or reproductions- you can literally spend anything from 6EUR to 600EUR and you can spend ages looking at everything.
